Before founding Seacliff Private Capital, Chris was the owner and CEO of Southview Design, Inc., a Minnesota-based landscape services firm he acquired in 2009. During his tenure there he grew the company’s revenue by 12.5x and in the process created one of the industry’s leading independent firms.

Previously he held various positions in the facility services industry including President and Chief Operating Officer at Marsden Building Maintenance, LLC, a nationwide facility services firm providing commercial cleaning, security, and HVAC services.

Originally from the Dallas area, Chris lives in Naples, FL with his wife, Patti. Together they have three adult children. 

Chris holds a BBA degree in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University, and an MBA degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
